How do I place a cancellation request on www.sadhanaweekly.com?
If you wish to cancel your payment, please follow these steps:
• The order can be cancelled within one hour of placing the order. Once the confirmation email is sent and delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
• If you wish to cancel your order, Kindly email us at [email protected] mentioning your order details and reason for cancellation.
• Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
Note: Cancellation requests can be raised within one hour of placing the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund any prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.
 
Why was my payment cancelled by Sadhana Prakashan Trust?
We regret the inconvenience caused due to the payment cancellation. Your payment may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:
• If the payment plan is discontinued
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
We will inform you about the cancellation of your payment and share details.
We will contact you if any additional information is required to accept your payment.
 
How will I get a refund for the payment I cancelled or returned?
Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund. Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in.
 
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
• Back to the source - available for orders made by doing online payment. The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order
 • NEFT transfer - available for orders made by paying cash or cheque. As per policy, cash refunds are not possible
 
How long will it take me to receive the refund after I cancelled/returned the payment?
We take anywhere between 7-15 days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was made.
 
I’ve still not received the refund in my bank account. Why?
If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will help you.
 
Can I ask for NEFT refund if I paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking?
We are sorry. In case you paid via credit card/debit card/netbanking, the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from.
